Planning your wedding signage

Wedding signage does three jobs: it welcomes guests, it tells them where to go, and it ties the styling of the day together. Most couples need at least a welcome or entrance sign and a table plan; table numbers and name cards complete the reception.

Keeping it coordinated

  • Choose one font pairing and one colour palette, and use it across every sign.
  • Repeat the same names and date format, for example "Emma & James · 14.06.2027", everywhere they appear.
  • Every piece is made from the same 3 mm acrylic we use for our house and business signs, printed and cut to order, so the whole set matches in material as well as wording.

Timing your order

Ask your venue early about where signs can stand or hang, whether fixings are allowed on walls, and whether they supply easels, so you can size each piece to the space. Allow time for your guest list and seating plan to settle before ordering a table plan, and build in a margin before the wedding for delivery and checking. Production is quick: wedding pieces are made on the same schedule as the rest of our range, so an order placed before 2pm on a working day is dispatched the same day. The reason to order two to four weeks ahead is not production time but your own checking time, and the chance to reorder if a name changes. Every piece is personalised, so check names and spellings carefully before you order. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) are dispatched the same day; later orders go out the next working day. Delivery is free and tracked, to UK addresses only.

Frequently asked questions

What wedding signs do I actually need?

Most weddings use a welcome or entrance sign and a table plan; table numbers and name cards are optional finishing touches.

How far ahead should I order wedding signs?

Two to four weeks is comfortable. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day, so the time is for checking names and reordering if anything changes, not for production.

Can all the signs match?

Yes. Use the same names, date format, font and colours on each piece so the signage reads as one set.
