How do I place a custom order?
Simply choose your product, select your customisation options (size, colour, text, etc.), and use the online preview tool to finalise your design before checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards and other standard secure payment methods available at checkout.
How long does production and delivery take?

Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?

What if my sign arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 Days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
Do you offer refunds or returns on personalised items?
As our signs are custom-made to order, we're unable to offer returns for change-of-mind on personalised items. However, if there's a fault or error on our part, we'll put it right — see our full Returns Policy for details.
