Custom Business Signs from SignStation let you put your own wording, logo or message on a durable 3mm acrylic panel, made to your exact specification. Choose from four sizes, from Small (300mm x 200mm) up to Extra Large (600mm x 600mm), and nine colourways, from classic Black and White through to Blue, Red, Green, Light Blue, Dark Grey, Light Grey and Yellow.
Whether you need a reception sign, a shopfront notice, internal wayfinding or branded signage for an office, retail unit or commercial premises, each sign is produced to your brief and cut from rigid 3mm acrylic for a clean, professional finish that holds its shape and colour in everyday commercial use.
Made to order in the UK, every panel is printed with the exact text, logo or message you provide, so what you specify is what goes on the wall.

What's Included

Postage & Return T&C
Postage & Delivery
Order before 2PM and we'll dispatch your sign the same working day. Orders placed after 2PM, or on a weekend or bank holiday, are dispatched the next working day. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, and delivery is free on every order. Once dispatched, Tracked 48 typically arrives within 2–3 working days. This means most orders placed before 2PM arrive with you the very next working day. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow its journey right up to your door. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.
Changes & Cancellations
Because every sign we make is personalised specifically for you, production begins very quickly after an order is placed — so there's only a short window to make changes or cancel. Orders placed before 2PM You have 15 minutes from the moment you place your order to contact us if you need to cancel or change anything. After this, your order is sent for production and cannot be changed or cancelled. Your order won't enter production until the next working day, so you have until 2PM the following working day to contact us with any changes or a cancellation request. Call us as soon as possible on 01708 873248 — quoting your order number — and we'll do our best to help before your order enters production. Once production has started, we're unable to make changes, as each item is cut and printed specifically to your personalisation details.
Returns & Refunds
Every item we make is custom-produced to your specification (names, house numbers, wording, colours, etc.). Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind once your order has entered production — this is standard practice for made-to-order products and is provided for under UK consumer law (personalised goods are exempt from the standard 14-day change-of-mind right). If you do need to change or cancel your order, please see the Changes & Cancellations section above — this is the only window in which a change-of-mind request can be accommodated.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Your statutory rights are not affected by our personalised-items policy — if your order arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or isn't what you ordered (for example, a spelling mistake made by us, or an incorrect size or colour), we will put it right.
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to report any problem.
- Get in touch on 01708 873248, with your order number and a photo of the issue where possible — this helps us resolve things quickly.
- Once your report is confirmed, we'll offer a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
- Please don't dispose of a faulty item until we've confirmed how we'll resolve it, as we may ask for it to be returned.
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality — and this applies to personalised items just as it does to any other product.

Simply choose your product, select your customisation options (size, colour, text, etc.), and use the online preview tool to finalise your design before checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards and other standard secure payment methods available at checkout.
