Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at SignStation (the "Site") and the purchase of products from SignStation. SignStation is a trading name of Xpress Services Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09593357, with its registered office at 181 Forest Road, Ilford, Essex, IG6 3HZ ("we", "us", "our"). Our VAT registration number is GB 228824001.

By placing an order with us or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or place an order.

1. Our Products

We sell personalised and custom-made signage products. Many of our products are made to order based on the specification, text, images, and design choices you provide at checkout or during the design process.

2. Personalisation and Proofing

Where you supply personalised text, images, or design instructions, it is your responsibility to check that all details (including spelling, dates, and names) are correct before submitting your order. We are not liable for errors in personalised content that you have supplied and approved, though we will always try to help resolve genuine mistakes where we can.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock or materials. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, as we are VAT registered (VAT No. GB 228824001). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering via our payment providers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images (excluding content you supply for personalisation), is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.

By submitting text, images, or artwork for personalisation, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights or applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse orders containing content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes third-party rights.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law. Subject to this, our liability to you for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order will apply to that order.
